We realize countless products with very varied characteristics, then distributed worldwide by our illustrious clients. Our strength is knowing how to apply the different technologies we have to distinct productions, it is designing the right and specific solution for each production line.
10,000 square meters, half of which are covered, host:
-10 blanking lines from 40 to 520 tons;
- 6 injection molding lines from 40 to 350 tons;
- 3 laser cutting lines and combined cycle;-
press-bending machines, 1 of which with automatic mold change from 120 to 150 tons;
-numerically controlled capacitor discharge welders;-
welding laser and 1 marking laser;
-3 vertical CNC milling machining centers;
-2 wire electro-erosion machines;
-1 electro-plunge EDM with tool change.
Fully automatic, the cutting-bending production lines for iron parts (pickled, galvanized, etc.), can work 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
AMADA's are a laser cutting line and the second more complex combined cycle, one of the press-bending lines and the next of the new generation with automatic mold change.
