HISTORY

Comelit Group S.p.A, founded in 1956, is a multinational corporations specializing in the design and implementation of video door entry, video surveillance, intrusion prevention, home automation, access control and fire protection systems.
It's 2010 when our Company Terenzi Srl first collaboration with Comelit Group S.p.A. started. This cooperation has been renewed and expanded over the years, with a very important approach that we share with our client: continuous improvement.

FEATURES

The outline of the 3one6 series by Studio Habits is designed to be deliberately rigorous, essential, to create continuity with the architectural language in which the products fit. The research of the materials that are combined to this aesthetic and to the attention to functionality is just as fundamental.
The 3one6 covers are made of AISI 316 L stainless steel, hence the name of the series. The push-buttons were produced by Terenzi S.r.l since June 2013, in three different versions:
3one6 Sense is the world's first push-button to use capacitive technology on high-density metal. The interface is a monolithic steel plate without buttons with touch sensitive technology keys that recognizes the pressure exerted on the surface.
3one6 Touch is the pure design of a 8" HD touch screen. A contemporary, intuitive and highly customizable solution.
3one6 Analog is the most classic for single-user. Like 3one6 Sense, this version also has capacitive technology. The steel interface has up to 12 keys without mechanical excursion, equipped with sensitive touch technology.

THE TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS

The three types of plates follow the same production flow: from the definition of the shape, obtained by laser cutting, then by injection molding, bonding, welding, brushing and pivoting to the pins and arriving at the final assembly, consisting in assembling the various parts according to specific ad hoc instructions. In particular, the Analog Plates are put together in a specially designed laboratory, as the extreme sensitivity of the boards (PCBs) requires no impurities or dust that would compromise their operation.
